Michele got here on Sunday and left yesterday. We had a great time, although we didn't have the time to do all the things I wanted to do. There's a really great steak restaurant that I really wanted to take her to, but the first night I, after she drove here from Tulsa and then I drove back to the airport to pick her up so she could drop off her car, I got a huge migraine and spent the night trying to get rid of it. The next day was better and we got to go to the Warren and have lunch in the balcony and see a movie in "my" theater. Our last day was supposed to be an out and about day if I was feeling up to it but when Michele went out to put some air in my squishy tires (her one mission for the trip) She came back, shivering and cold and said that it would be an inside day, claiming it was as cold as it was in Rochester! With the wind chill that day it was 19 degrees. Yeah, we stayed in. In fact, we had a great time playing GH and ended up getting five stars and some great stars by the end of the night. We rock!!!
Weather-wise, the wind has been wicked. I think I'm pretty safe in saying that even if the cold didn't keep Michele out of Oklahoma, the wind would. It was really pounding the house. As cold and as windy as it was when she was here, it is supposed to snow next Wednesday. Cool!! I haven't been doing anything with photos on account of my troubles with Blogspot, but maybe now things will get back to normal. I have a couple of photos on my camera that I need to download and hope to get back in the swing of things.
Unfortunately that doesn't clear up the problem with getting onto the two blogs that have suddenly locked me out. I thought I made one mad and she locked me out as a reaction and sent emails of contrition until I checked the other, which was also was locked. When I got an email back with ???? I was, ummmm, yeah, well, what do you say, I thought you would laugh. She said, I did. Good! She said, don't know why it's locked. Bummer. Blogger hates me!
That's where I stand now. I'm just moving forward now with Ozzmatazz and calling it quits with Gravity. I'll have to try to tell everyone the new url and hope for word of mouth.
